What's It About?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapy program designed to help individuals manage intense emotions and improve relationships. Group members will participate in numerous activities focused on mindfulness and distress tolerance skills. Have fun and learn essential skills!

The group will be run by two students in the Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) program at Roberts Wesleyan University under the supervision of licensed psychologists at Westside Psychological Services. To ensure this group is appropriate for you, screening is required.
