SHANTHI KELLEY (Voice) is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Roberts Wesleyan University, earning her B.S. in Vocal Performance in 2001. Following graduation, she continued private vocal study with Kathryn Cowdrick and Constance Fee. Based in Rochester, NY, Shanthi has operated a private voice studio for over two decades, mentoring aspiring vocalists with a focus on technical excellence and expressive performance.

As a professional vocalist, Shanthi performs regularly with The Rochester Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra, Frank Torchio and the Russell Scarbrough Jazz Orchestra, and Frank’s Rat Pack. She made her debut at the Rochester International Jazz Festival in 2011 as lead singer for the RMJO and has been a recurring featured performer at the festival. Her diverse performance portfolio includes work with Holland America Cruise Lines, NIK Entertainment Company, the Gateswingers, and commercial recordings for the Greater Rochester/Buffalo area—most notably a CBS Super Bowl Sunday spot in 2004.

A lifelong soloist and worship leader, Shanthi is actively involved with churches across the region, including Greystone Church and Shepherd’s Heart Christian Fellowship. She leads the children’s choir at Open Door Baptist Church and frequently teaches vocal master classes for local schools, choirs, and worship teams. Her classical and theatrical highlights include solo performances with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and Roberts Wesleyan University ensembles, as well as leading roles in Bye Bye Birdie, Cather County, and Children of Eden. Her discography includes a children’s album and a solo project recorded in high school titled Shanthi: Unfailing Love.
