Sandra “Sandy” Brown is a dedicated Career Success Counselor and First Year Seminar Faculty Mentor who challenges and supports students throughout their journey at Roberts Wesleyan University. With a focus on vocational exploration and career readiness, Sandy guides students in discerning their interests, gifts, and abilities, helping them integrate their Christian faith and purpose as they prepare to impact the world.

Before joining Roberts, Sandy held roles at Georgetown University, the University of Delaware, Miami University (OH), and the University of Cincinnati. Her experience spans academic advising, career counseling, student life administration, first-year experience, residence life, student leadership development and organization advising, libraries, and financial aid. 

Sandy earned a Master of Education in College Counseling and Student Personnel Administration from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia. She is also Gallup® CliftonStrengths Coach certified and completed the CREDO MTN Collaborative Leadership Level 1 program.
