A U.S. Army veteran, Ronald draws from years of disciplined service to shape his leadership philosophy and approach to team development.

He holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College and is deeply committed to continuous learning and practical application. As a senior leader in hospital-based laboratory services, Ronald focuses on integrating systems, strengthening leadership practices, and mentoring others through real-world examples of effective management in evolving healthcare settings.
