Erin Sirianni

Associate Vice President of Human Resources, Deputy Title IX Coordinator

I constantly think about the heart of Jesus and servant leadership. Leading with love, serving with kindness, and doing hard things in the midst of adversity.

Profile

Erin Sirianni has served the Roberts Wesleyan University community for over eight years, bringing a strategic and people-first mindset to her role in Human Resources. As Director of Talent and People Development, she focuses on creating efficient systems, supporting employees, and building a culture where people can thrive.

Erin’s leadership is rooted in her faith and a commitment to servant leadership. Whether navigating complex challenges or planning community-building events, she leads with empathy, clarity, and purpose. Her role connects closely to Roberts’ mission—to prepare thoughtful, service-oriented individuals to transform society—by modeling those values in daily interactions.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, reading, and exploring new experiences with friends and family. Her favorite Rochester restaurant is Good Luck and her favorite local experience is the Rochester Public Market.

Career advice: "Always keep learning and growing, and do not think there is a destination. As soon as you become an expert, God has a bigger plan for you. See challenges as an opportunity to level up, don’t take it personally or negatively. It is simply a way for you to level up and grow."

On Human Resources: “We are fun! We are productive, but we also enjoy planning activities for employees. When the community gets together, it feels like being part of a large extended family."
