An experienced leader in healthcare quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, Denise Bartosz serves as the System Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Catholic Health. With over two decades of expertise in hospital systems and primary care settings, she has led transformative initiatives to reduce falls, implement sepsis protocols, prevent pressure ulcers, and build a sustainable culture of safety. Her leadership has included roles in patient safety, loss prevention, regulatory compliance, and system-wide standardization across a three-hospital network.

Holding a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Roberts Wesleyan University, where she graduated with a 3.94 GPA, she is also a Certified Joint Commission Professional and a former Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). With a strong foundation in respiratory care, business administration, and healthcare management, she is deeply committed to ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compassion.
