David Vedro brings a wealth of experience in leadership, operations, and organizational development to his role at Roberts Wesleyan University. His professional background spans high-level roles in manufacturing, customer support, and military leadership. A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, David is known for transforming organizations through a combination of vision casting, team development, and continuous improvement. His expertise in Lean principles, emotional intelligence, change management, and P&L oversight offers business students a rare, real-world perspective grounded in decades of practice.

Before joining Roberts, David led teams of more than 180 people, managed multimillion-dollar operations, and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. He is passionate about mentoring future leaders who know how to think critically, lead with integrity, and build processes that serve people and outcomes alike.
