Colleen is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan University and has a wide range of experience working as a school psychologist in Gananda and Brockport school districts. She also been a consultant trainer for the Monroe County Trauma Illness and Grief Consortium through Coordinated Care Services Incorporated.

Colleen also serves on the Board of Education in the Churchville Chili Central School District.
