This is probably a bit cliché, but faith has shaped both my life and career.

My favorite verse is Colossians 3:17 - " And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."

I try to filter everything through this verse as I go about my day. Without Jesus as the center, my life would likely look totally different. There have been so many wonderful opportunities, people, experiences, etc, that I have been blessed with all thanks to God and the Christian community He has given me.

Addison Pak

Profile

Addie Pak serves as an Admissions Counselor at Roberts Wesleyan University, where she brings a unique blend of empathy, enthusiasm, and firsthand experience to her work with students and families. A proud graduate of Roberts herself, Addie earned her degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy.

Originally from Syracuse, NY, Addie was drawn to Roberts for its small, Christ-centered community. Today, she helps prospective students discover what she once experienced herself: that being part of a smaller university doesn’t mean fewer opportunities, it means more personalized ones. Her favorite part of Roberts is how students are truly known. Whether in the classroom, in leadership, or just in day-to-day campus life, people want you there.

Her role often begins with students as early as the sophomore or junior year of high school and continues through senior year. Addie is someone who listens well, prays for clarity on their behalf, and helps students explore not only Roberts but also what God may be calling them toward.

To Addie, Roberts’ motto of “education for character” is more than a tagline. It’s a daily commitment to care deeply about the kind of people students are becoming. She believes character, faith, and leadership matter just as much as academic success.

When she's not working, Addie loves being outside, playing cozy games like Stardew Valley, spending time with her two dogs (Ryder and Mabel), reading, running, and enjoying time with family. Her favorite campus spot is the cross-country trail system: peaceful, scenic, and occasionally home to a deer sighting or two.

And if you’re ever up for campus games? Ask her about “Elimination.” Just be ready to dodge a mini squirt gun.
