Roberts Graduates Pursuing NHA Licensure
Roberts Health Administration, B.S. (BHA) graduates pursuing NHA licensure can continue to complete the Health Administration, M.S. (MHA), which includes three of the five courses required by NYS:
- GHLH5800/MHA580: Health Care Financial Management (5cr/7 wks)
- GHLH6000/MHA600: Health Policy, Ethics and Law (4cr/7 wks)
- GHLH6100/MHA610: Human Resources for Health Care Professionals (4 cr/7 wks)
If you have already completed the MHA program, you only have two more courses to complete:
- NHAD 4200: Nursing Home Administration (4 cr/8 wks)
- SOCS3100: Gerontology (3 cr/8 wks)
The following Roberts graduate courses also satisfy NYS requirements for NHA licensure:
- MHI 575 - Health IT, Policy, Regulation and Law (3crs) - no longer offered at Roberts
